Tawagar BWT Alpine F1 ta koma ga Masana'antar Kayan Karfe (AM) don inganta aikin motocinsu ta hanyar samar da na'urorin tattara ruwa na titanium masu aiki sosai waɗanda ba su da ƙarancin sawun ƙafa.
Ƙungiyar BWT Alpine F1 ta shafe shekaru da dama tana aiki tare da 3D Systems don samar da kayayyaki da haɓakawa tare. A farkon shekarar 2021, ƙungiyar, wacce direbobinta Fernando Alonso da Esteban Ocon suka kammala matsayi na 10 da na 11 a kakar da ta gabata, ta zaɓi fasahar buga ƙarfe kai tsaye ta 3D Systems (DMP) don samar da sassa masu rikitarwa.
Alpine yana ci gaba da inganta motocinsa, yana ingantawa da inganta aiki a cikin gajeren zagayen maimaitawa. Kalubalen da ke ci gaba sun haɗa da yin aiki a cikin ɗan ƙaramin sarari, rage nauyin wani ɓangare gwargwadon iko, da kuma bin ƙa'idodin da ke canzawa.

An samar da na'urar rage damping titanium ta ƙarshe ta amfani da DMP Flex 350 na 3D Systems, tsarin AM mai aiki mai ƙarfi tare da yanayin bugawa mara aiki. Ƙungiyar BWT Alpine F1 ta zaɓi kayan LaserForm Ti Gr23 (A) don batirinta, inda ta yi nuni da ƙarfinsa da kuma ikonsa na samar da sassan da ba su da shinge a matsayin dalilan da suka sa ta zaɓi hakan.
Tsarin 3D abokin tarayya ne ga ɗaruruwan aikace-aikace masu mahimmanci a masana'antu inda inganci da aiki suka fi muhimmanci. Kamfanin kuma yana ba da canjin fasaha don taimaka wa abokan ciniki su rungumi ƙera kayan ƙari a wuraren aikinsu.
Bayan nasarar da ƙungiyar BWT Alpine F1 ta samu wajen tara na'urorin tattara bayanai na titanium, Warner ya ce ana ƙarfafa ƙungiyar ta bi sahun sauran kayan dakatarwa masu sarkakiya a shekara mai zuwa.
