Ukumelana Nokugqwala

I-304H izokwaziswa ezingeni lokushisa elingu-425-860°C; lokhu akuyona inkinga ekusetshenzisweni kwezinga lokushisa eliphezulu, kodwa kuzoholela ekunciphiseni ukumelana nokugqwala kwe-aqueous.

Ukwelashwa Kokushisa

Ukwelashwa Kwesixazululo (Annealing) – Shisisa ufike ku-1010-1120°C futhi uphole ngokushesha. Lawa mabanga awakwazi ukwenziwa lukhuni ukwelashwa okushisayo.

Ukushisela

Ukushisela okuhle kakhulu ngazo zonke izindlela ezijwayelekile zokuhlanganisa, zombili ezinezinsimbi zokugcwalisa nezingenazo. I-AS 1554.6 ifanelekela ngaphambili ukushisela okungu-304 ngeBanga 308 kanye no-304L ngezinduku noma ama-electrode angu-308L (kanye nokulingana kwawo okuphezulu kwe-silicon).
